The structural reform of China's industrial enterprises and the revolution of new technologies and new technologies have entered the fast lane. The company started the research and development of green chemical products 6 years ago, and eliminated hazardous chemical raw materials, such as chromium salts, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and low-boiling solvents. Some of the higher chemical raw materials, in the process developed a number of environmentally friendly high-performance surface treatment products. At the same time, significant progress has been made in the treatment of chemical wastewater and waste gas. Through the upgrading and transformation of the surface treatment process technology, zero wastewater discharge in a complete sense can be achieved, and the operating cost is very low.
In addition to improving their own products, industrial enterprises must consciously avoid air and water pollution during production and processing. This is not only a corporate social responsibility, but also a strict requirement for national industrial upgrading and environmental transformation. Due to the great confusion of chemical products, there are doubts in the face of new technologies, and they are afraid and unwilling to try, resulting in many enterprises' processing technology and product quality maintaining the status quo for many years without any progress.
In fact, it is very simple to judge whether a chemical product is green or not. If it cannot be determined, it can be evaluated by an expert group.
To meet the necessary conditions for new green technology:
1) Lower operating cost, simpler operation and process;
2) More energy saving;
3) The water consumption is greatly reduced, and the wastewater is easy to handle;
4) Product quality is significantly improved and consumption is reduced;
5) Have scientific index control and detection methods;
6) It has good supporting performance and can provide perfect solutions;
7) After production verification in multiple industries;
8) Various performance test data and scientific testing methods from third-party testing or units. If there is no national standard and the third-party test cannot be carried out, the scientific test results of the unit cannot be used.
We must understand that green and high-performance new technology chemical products do not come at the expense of corporate profits and efficiency. Unlike machinery and automation equipment, the replacement of chemical products does not require additional capital investment.
